👩🏫 About the Founder
V. Jayanthi, Founder & Instructor of NJ Little Steps, is a passionate and experienced educator with over 15 years of teaching experience in early childhood education. She has worked as a Primary Teacher at well-known schools such as SSM School, St. John’s Public School, and B.V.M Global, giving her deep insight into how young children learn and grow.
Understanding the importance of strong reading foundations, she has completed her specialization in Jolly Phonics, allowing her to offer internationally recognized phonics classes for kids using age-appropriate, proven teaching methods. Her approach focuses on making learning simple, engaging, and enjoyable for young children.
At NJ Little Steps, parents can be confident that their child is guided with care, patience, and individual attention. The programs are thoughtfully designed to support early learning, reading, writing, and communication skills, helping children gain confidence both academically and emotionally.
